How will my purchase be shipped?
Caviar is a very fresh product. We therefore always send your order in a special, cooled polystyrene box with ice packs. This way, the caviar remains cool for up to 48 hours during transport and you always enjoy the best quality.
How does delivery work?
When ordering you can choose when the order should be delivered. Options are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Delivery takes place between 9:00h and 18:00h

at the delivery time you have indicated.
Where can I have my order delivered?
We deliver everywhere in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg.
Can my order be delivered at an address which is not mine?
Yes, when ordering you can enter any delivery address. You can also alter the billing address by unchecking the box next to “Use same address for billing as for delivery”, at the bottom of the page. Next you can enter the addresses.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs depend on the value of your purchase and the address of delivery.
- For delivery in Belgium, costs are €15,95 (VAT incl.).
- For delivery in The Netherlands and Luxemburg costs are €15,95 (VAT incl.).
- If your order value is more than €250 shipping is free.
When will I receive my order?
We deliver at the time you specified when ordering. You can find this information under My orders in My account and on your invoice. For the delivery of your order we cooperate with FedEx and DHL. Orders from Belgium are delivered by 2 p.m. on the delivery date of your choice. Orders from the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany or France are delivered by 6 p.m. on the desired delivery date.
Tip: make sure to be there when the courier delivers your order.
What happens if I am not home on delivery day?

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

What happens if I receive an incomplete or incorrect order?
