What to do if I did not receive an order confirmation?
Has the amount been transferred from you account? Wait for an hour and check you spam-box. If you haven’t received an order confirmation after one hour, please send an e-mail to: info@royalbelgiancaviar.be or call: +32 (0)14 47 27 10 and mention your reference number. The reference number is found on your confirmation e-mail and under: My orders in My account.
The amount hasn’t been transferred from your bank account? Then your payment was not successful, please try ordering again.
