De rush van het eindejaar. Die sfeer kennen we bij Royal Belgian Caviar maar al te goed. Niet dat we er last van hebben. Integendeel, het prikkelt ons. Kaviaar blijft meer dan ooit een feestelijk product en we doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat onze kleine zwarte parels uw bord prachtig versieren, alvorens zij uw smaakpapillen laten ontploffen van geluk.

September is here, and the end of the year is rapidly approaching. Our sturgeons are in peak condition, and the eggs have matured perfectly. The care and expertise with which we handle our fish ensure exceptional quality. The much-anticipated harvest moment has arrived, and we aim for gold—or rather, black gold in our case.

Summertime… Caviar time!
