BELGIAN CAVIAR TRUFFLE
A cheese delicacy based on dried caviar and cow milk cheese that is rolled together into a 65 gram ball (the size of a golf ball) and then matured and dried for 8 weeks. The result is a hard cheese which is similar in structure to Parmesan.
You will immediately recognize the grains of caviar in the cheese and because the cheese also has a jacket of dried grinded caviar you get a tasteful caviar experience. Visually it reminds you of a truffle. Also the use of the Caviar Truffle (the grating) is similar to real truffle.
Individually packed in a glass jar. Keep refrigerated 0°C / +7°C
